Shipping and Returns

If you wish to initiate a product return, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer service team for further instructions. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these charges are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For added peace of mind, consider using a traceable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance when sending back an item. Proper tracking is essential to ensure the receipt of your returned product.

Return Policy: Our return policy is in effect for a duration of 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we regret to inform you that we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. Acceptable reasons for returning an item include:

Receiving a product that is unsuitable for consumption upon delivery.
Receiving a damaged product.

Important Notes:

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging as received.
Perishable items such as fresh vegetables, fruits, mangoes, and frozen goods are exempt from our return and exchange policy.
Refund Procedure: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and you should receive it within 5-7 working days.

Perishable Goods:

For perishable items like vegetables, fruits, and paneer, it’s essential to remove them from the packaging promptly upon delivery and store them appropriately.
Requests for refunds on perishable goods will only be accepted within 12 hours of order delivery. Kindly provide photos of any damaged items for our reference.
For orders with perishable items, please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment on the day of delivery at the designated address.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged package during transit, we will resend the entire package or issue a refund, subject to agreement with the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please reach out to us via email at info@kaystar.nl.

Please Note: Clearance items or items with special offers are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds in case of returns.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or arrived damaged. To request an exchange, please send an email to info@kaystar.nl.
